soft skills are skills like time management, negotiation, leadership, working well with others, etc. There are a number of books on each of those topics and more, or training courses. I’d suggest taking a critical look at yourself and pick one or two areas that need particular attention and focus on those.
Soft skills are reading , writing , speaking , presentation etc..
