can anyone help me find what basic leadership training is all about…it was my assignment..?

i need to find info about basic leadership training..please help

well i just completed basic leadership training today, so i can tell you about it, assuming we are talking about the same thing. What it is is a week or so of jrotc stuff, like drilling, marching, rappeling, shooting, academics (phonetic alphabet, orders to the sentry, chain of command, ranks), etc. You learn discipline, teamwork, confidence and all that in a strickt, military environment.
