Interpersonal-be friendly, helpful, patient, and professional with the customers, it makes them feel good about their experience and it is a direct reflection of your shortcomings as a human. Communication-repeat back to the idiot customer what they told you their needs were. Do not be afraid to ask questions until you get it. Customers are idiots and they really don&#8217;t know what&#8217;s what ever, but you must kiss up, so the idiot district and general managers can get their bonuses, and the assistant manager and supervisors aren&#8217;t terrorized because some old hag got mad because you took &quot;red&quot; to be &quot;red&quot; and not &quot;magenta&quot; which is what she said in her head. And the trickle down effect will hit all of your buddies that work there with you, so everyones happiness, future, and christmas is riding on your presentation, and your interpersonal and <a href="http://leaders-coach.com" target=_self>communication skills</a>!!!!!!!<br />
Tip-show up late, don&#8217;t clock out, just smile allot and act really thrilled to be there, and you will be promoted in no time. I am so not kidding on that one either.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am currently joining Army ROTC and I was wondering because I will have 53 credits by next summer and still have 3 years left of school will I be eligible to join the <a href="http://leaders-coach.com" target=_self>leadership training</a> course. I have spoken with the Captain at my school&#8217;s ROTC office and she said it isn&#8217;t a problem as long as I have less than 60 credits, however i&#8217;m unsure about that.<br />
<br />First of all, why do you need to go to LTC? If you complete freshman and sophomore MILS classes, you can contract without LTC. If you started your ROTC either from MS2 or MS3 then yes. You have to complete LTC in order to contract. If this is the case, go for it. I&#8217;ve never seen anyone rejected from LTC. Credit hours you have doesn&#8217;t effect your eligibility. I know a guy who went to LTC with over 100 credit hours. Credit hours left (you need to take from now) in order to get a degree dictates your MS level and your ROTC contract.  Some people change majors or double major have more credit hours.</p>
<p>but</p>
<p>From what I heard, LTC is a joke. Drill Sergeants have specific orders not to yell at cadets more than certain times. I recommend Basic Training. You&#8217;ll learn more.</p>

-Integrity, without that nothing else matters.<br />
-Accountability, takes responsibility for their actions, and those of their subordinates.<br />

-Humility, is willing to admit being wrong, and learns from experience.</p>

She thinks that she&#8217;s so smart and disrespect my opinions, trying to object them. the problem is I am the director in the group and she told me not to be a tyranny. She always infer or relate negative perspectives from any of my sayings and thinks badly of me.<br />
<br /> You do not have to take any back talk , or disrespect or someone constantly undermining your authority, You can go to your boss and give them the particulars, your other employees are probably tired of it too.</p>

<br />1)Whatever you do, don&#8217;t hang out here too much. This site is overrun by uneducated idiots and kids.<br />

4)Enroll in English, speech, and <a href="http://leaders-coach.com" target=_self>leadership</a> classes<br />
5)If you want to improve your ability to talk to people face to face, educate yourself using tips 1 through 4 first.<br />
6)If you want to meet people for a potential relationship, just be yourself. Get a haircut and dress up a little bit. You have to feel good about yourself first to shine. Be confident and intelligent. Start with small talk such as asking questions and speak of what you know and like. Everyone has their own opinions as to where to get the best food or how the weather was today. Tell a good, short, and funny story to break the ice. Don&#8217;t do all the talking. The more you practice, it will become completely natural. Let yourself be known and you will not be invisible anymore. Good luck!</p>
