Is it possible to create your own business if communication skills is poor?

I want to create a business , but, I don’t have much ability to communicate. Is it possible to create your own business if communication skills is poor? Anybody please help.

The ability to communicate is very crucial; after all it’s how you get people to listen to you in the first place.
