Explain why presentation, interpersonal and communication skills are important to customer service?
10 POINTS AND 5 STARS COMING YOUR WAY!
Read your handbook. Summary……if you look like a slob or come in with a crummy tude you are devaluing your fellow team members and your merchandise, and the customers will sense it and not return. They don’t return, jobs are cut. Word of mouth is the most important form of reference. Interpersonal-be friendly, helpful, patient, and professional with the customers, it makes them feel good about their experience and it is a direct reflection of your shortcomings as a human. Communication-repeat back to the idiot customer what they told you their needs were. Do not be afraid to ask questions until you get it. Customers are idiots and they really don’t know what’s what ever, but you must kiss up, so the idiot district and general managers can get their bonuses, and the assistant manager and supervisors aren’t terrorized because some old hag got mad because you took "red" to be "red" and not "magenta" which is what she said in her head. And the trickle down effect will hit all of your buddies that work there with you, so everyones happiness, future, and christmas is riding on your presentation, and your interpersonal and communication skills!!!!!!!
Tip-show up late, don’t clock out, just smile allot and act really thrilled to be there, and you will be promoted in no time. I am so not kidding on that one either.

What’s a random career I can do my key skills presentation on?
Well if you are doing a school project, then theoretically you could choose any career- it’s an exercise to get you thinking. On the other hand, you could choose a career that does actually interest you, as this would be good preparation for the future – or are you feeling so far away from this it’s impossible to choose one?
If you really haven’t got a clue, you can go 2 ways. Choose something completely random, and have fun with it, or something you actually would do if your dreams came true- and still have fun with it! Or just stay with the fact you haven’t a clue, and create a game, such as career bingo, where you involve the other students in a game about choosing different careers.

How to improve my presentation skills?
Meet new people more frequent and talk to them, practicing your body language using the mirror. The best practice is having more presentations.
Actually, you can improved yourself from joining a certain multilevel marketing, which provides their members with communication skills (not online marketing, but direct marketing / face to face).
Not the product we need, but the skills to meet, to greet, to know about people in their presentation. Also, you will be taught about type of certain people, what is the meaning of their gesture movement, how to get attention, eye contacts, etc.
It’s been proven to me. ^^
