I need to know how this is done by creating and maintaining a healthy organizational culture.
There should always be a person that has a lil more power than every body else. The people must respect that authority. There are Rules of conduct when you file for a C or S Corporation. Then you make your bi-laws. There are books that help guide you. A business mentor is also good. Find someone that has a succesfull Corp. and Invite him for lunch YOU PAY. ^__^ and ask questions. I’d like to improve my work performance in aspects like Communications, Leadership, Management, etc.?
Someone recommended to me learntosucceed.biz, however this is only in the U.S. and their technical support responds 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. only. Besides, I want guarantee and safety of payment, does anyone know any options for me?
I used Learntosucceed.biz and found there services outstanding. Outside the US, I know they will set you up with a COD delivery. I found them to be flexible about their 10am to 4pm posted hours. I would send them an e-mail to see if they can accomadate your needs. Still I found their products and support to be great and very economical.
Best of luck
